Our week without daddy.
Some of this..... with a babysitter there.....
And some of this....aka 1 1/2 boxes cereal dumped, while I was outside that very window talking to a friend who was moving....
And a new do .... well that was actually last Sat.
Glad Daddy's back.

Lil' G isms
It happened to rain today, but that doesn't deter a 3-year-old who is in the backyard before his mom wakes up on a regular basis.
Lil' G isms
1) When telling him he can't finish breakfast because we have to leave for swim practice:
"You are NOT terrific"
2) In response to "We are going in the pottery store where there are very breakable things. Are you going to act wild and crazy?"
"Yes" With a big smile
My favorite toy
My Favorit toy.....mom's phone. My last phone got ruined by him, so I vowed never to let him hold this. But he is instantly happy when holding my phone, which is really great object when he is fussy in the store. So I've caved. He loves to pretend he is talking.

3 generations of ladies
Too bad my face is covered up a little. I think this picture is really artistic. Isn't my Mother-in-law beautiful.

Road Trip 2011 Part 2- Enchanted Rock
That night we stayed at a KOA cabin and grilled hamburgers, which was wonderful... air condition and everyone had their own bed. The next day we hiked at Enchanted Rock State Park. The wind was blowing so hard, that no one was hot.
The kids hiked all the way up, through the cave, and all the way down by themselves. They were troopers.
Gary, Berk, and Em took the kids into a cave on the top of Enchanted Rock. Baby B and I stayed and he became my photo subject until he fell on his head and got a bloody nose, poor kid. It looks flat, but not flat enough for a baby learning to walk.
Road Trip 2011 Part 1-the Alamo
Berk and Emily came to visit for the week, so we decided to take a road trip west. The first day we stopped at Buccees for some beaver nuggets and fudge, and onto the Alamo for some virgin margaritas and fried ice cream.
